The banquet will be held the evening of January 25th, 2025, at The Woodshed Steak & Burger House in Carthage, MO.

Please download the fillable banquet registration form, type in your information, print, and mail with check by January 11th, 2025. Also attached is the fillable 2025 membership form. You are welcome to complete it and include the membership fee in the same check.
